Abalone Products
The farm sells live and tenderized abalone steaks to:
- Seafood Wholesalers
- Restaurants and Markets
- Retail customers (direct to the public)
- Abalone shipped world wide
Live abalone:
The abalone are individually weighed and sorted by size. The following sizes are available.
- 5 abalone/lb
- 4 abalone/lb
- 3 abalone/lb
- 2 abalone/lb
Abalone Steaks:
The steaks are trimmed, tenderized, vacuum sealed and frozen. The steaks are each about 1 to 1.25 ounces. We recommend 4 per entrée serving. This is a great product that is very “user friendly” and a good option for the less adventurous chef!Abalone Shells:
The shells are generally 2 to 4 inches in size and only sold to wholesale buyers (minimum purchase $200).

Abalone Recipes:
The farm is open every Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM for direct sales to the public.
The farm is not open for tours.
